Small white butterfly on baby blue velvet topped with quartz points. This frame is bubble PLASTIC it is slightly scratched and has a vintage yellow hue that doesn't pick up well in photographs 

Frame is sealed and has a hook to hang and measures 4.5x3.5 Inches
