Shipping policy

All pieces are made and packed with love and care however once usps is in possession it is out of my hands- Emily's Oddities is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

However all packages are insured, if your package arrives damaged please reach out with in 24 hrs with photographs of the item, the shipping materials and keep all shipping materials. I will file a claim with usps for a refund but a refund is NOT guaranteed. If usps denies the claim it is out of my hands by purchasing you are agreeing to these terms.
